Experiential Workplace Training
Real Skills, now
Authentic Learning, or learning in the real world, is one of our central methods. We have applied this method to the sector of workplace training by creating a programme that is both experiential as well as practical.
Like many placements or internships, this involves real-world work activities within a company. What makes it 'experiential' is that knowledge gained is carefully reflected on and processed before being applied. Trainees will:
Have concrete experience
Review and reflect on what they've learnt
Draw meaningful conclusions
Try out what they've learnt
These steps mean that participants get an authentic sense of the work being practised and understanding that lasts.
Learning Alive can create programmes, delivered on-site in the workplace or at our training venue. Call us to discuss more.
