Green heroes, The Eco Culture Sechaba Foundation, spent the day passing on their expert knowledge
Continuing our long and successful partnership with leading environment educators The Eco Culture Sechaba Foundation, the students of Access Rustenburg took part in a biodiversity workshop.
The knowledge and commitment of the Eco Culture Sechaba foundation is invaluable. The young people always learn a lot.
Alex Frost of the foundation got the learners to observe organisms in jars as they interacted with solar energy. He linked this experiment to fascinating information about renewable energy, waste management, climate change and water conservation. He also included his fun demonstration of the 'food pyramid' that shows the parts we all play in the natural world.
